- Programs for Experienced Competitive/Fitness Swimmers - 

Competition Conditioning & Training - Competitive Swimmers (ages 9-14)


The Competition Conditioning & Training (CCT) Program is for experienced competitive swimmers and designed to help athletes to improve their endurance, strength, and swimming/racing technique.  There will be a significant amount of swimming each session, with each workout including at least 1,500 meters, with most workouts exceeding 2,000 meters.  The workouts will be intense and challenging.

 - 6 swimmers per session

 - Twice per week for 1 hour

          - Ages 9-11: Mondays & Wednesdays at 5:30 pm

          - Ages 11-14: Mondays & Wednesdays at 6:30 pm


Competition Conditioning and Training is offered September through May only.

No Summer Sessions are Available

High School Preparation - Get Ready for High School Tryouts/Season

The High School Preparation (HSP) Program is for swimmers who swim for, or who intend to swim for, their high school program.  It is designed to help athletes to improve their endurance, strength, and swimming/racing technique and to prepare them for the high school swim season.  There will be a significant amount of swimming each session, with each workout including at least 2,000 meters, with most workouts exceeding 2,500 meters.  The workouts will be extremely intense and challenging.

  - 6 swimmers per session

 - Twice per week (Mondays & Wednesdays) for 1 hour


 High School Prep is offered September-October & April-May. No summer sessions are available.

Adult Training Program - Triathletes and Other Adult Fitness Swimmers

The Adult Training (AT) Program is for experienced swimmers and designed to help athletes to improve their endurance, strength, and swimming technique.  There will be a significant amount of swimming each session, with each workout including at least 1,500 meters, with most workouts exceeding 2,000 meters.  The workouts will be intense and challenging.

 - 6 swimmers per session

 - Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:15-7:15 a.m.
