The Competition Conditioning & Training (CCT) Program is for experienced competitive swimmers and designed to help athletes to improve their endurance, strength, and swimming/racing technique. There will be a significant amount of swimming each session, with each workout including at least 1,500 meters, with most workouts exceeding 2,000 meters. The workouts will be intense and challenging.
