The Competition Conditioning & Training (CCT) Program is for experienced competitive swimmers and designed to help athletes to improve their endurance, strength, and swimming/racing technique. This is a lap swimming program, with challenging workouts that should approach 2,000-3,000 meters (80-120 lengths of the pool) in each 45-minute session.
Program is limited to 8 swimmers per session.
